Orders FAQ

Here’s how you can place an order with us:

Click on the item you wish to purchase and add to cart
View your cart and check your order details
Fill in your shipping and payment information, and proceed to check out
An order confirmation will be emailed to you upon successful transaction

We offer a variety of hassle-free subscription plans with a 6-month duration. With a subscription plan, you receive a monthly supply of either 2 or 4 packs of the Air Purifying Solution, all delivered straight to your doorstep. Selected plans also come with a disinfection machine delivered along with the first shipment.

For orders that are under $50, a delivery charge of $3 will apply. Free shipping applies to all orders above $50, including subscription plans.

We accept Visa, Master, all major debit and credit cards.

In order to prevent payment failures, kindly ensure that the billing address you provided matches the address your bank has of you. For all card transactions, please also ensure that the credit/debit card is not expired and has enough balance available. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies might also help. We recommend you place an order again, preferably with a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or card issuer.
