BioCair Dry-Mist Disinfection Machines are not regulated by the Health Science Authority (HSA). Our machines are not registered as medical devices, and BioCair Air Purifying Solution (APS) is not a pharmaceutical drug.

A medical device that comes into contact with human skin will require approval from HSA. As BioCair’s disinfection machines produce a dry mist that gets propelled into the air to kill 99.999% of airborne and surface pathogens, the machine does not come in contact with the human skin and therefore is not required to register under HSA.

All BioCair Dry-Mist Disinfection Machines are CE approved, and power adaptor plugs are certified safe under the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Regulations, affixed with the Safety Mark.
