We welcome customers to browse our website. It is important you understand the policies before registering. It will help you to understand how BioCair operates and ensure we serve you fairly and properly.
“Customer” shall mean you and all other persons who purchase the products under your login.
“Login” shall mean a Customer’s membership identification and access to BioCair under the customer’s registration.
“Product/ Products” shall mean any and all products on sale by BioCair.
The Customer can opt-out or complete the registration processing according to Biocair’s requirements as stated on this site. Customers must ensure all details provided during registration or any other time are correct and complete. Any changes to details must be updated via the website.
Registration is open only to customers residing in Singapore aged 18 and above. BioCair has the absolute discretion to refuse the registration of any potential Customer for any reason whatsoever and to suspend, terminate any Customer for any reason whatsoever.
The Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of orders via e-mail.
The Customer shall ensure his/her Login ID and password is kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorised use. BioCair shall use its best endeavours to prevent any unauthorised entry to the web site. However, BioCair shall not be liable for any damages and losses whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access to the web site.
BioCair shall make every effort to ensure the prices, details and sizes of Products detailed by BioCair are correct but BioCair reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the Product without notice.
In the event of any price discrepancy between the online order billing and the final bills whether arising out from price changes, BioCair reserves the right to adjust the final bill after the online bill/order price is presented or conveyed to the Customer.
The Customer shall pay for the Products ordered at the displayed price at the time the order is submitted. No adjustments are made if the price of any Product ordered changes between the time the order is submitted and the time the Product is delivered.
Not all Product sizes will correspond according to the description offered online. BioCair reserves the right to provide the nearest size of the Product at the nearest price.
No amendment to an order is allowed once the order is accepted.
Prices quoted on BioCair are strictly applicable to this online service only and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deliveries are available in Singapore except for offshore islands (except Sentosa). No delivery will be made to a P.O. Box address. BioCair shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the specified delivery address within the time windows defined by BioCair. BioCair shall not be liable for any delays in delivery services if the delay has been caused by reasons beyond the control of BioCair.
Delivery time windows- all deliveries would be shipped out within 3-5 working days after the orders are being processed. Please allow 48 hours for the payment to be processed.
Orders received before 12 noon on a working day would be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12 noon would be processed on the next working day.
Orders would be processed on Monday to Friday only.
No orders would be processed on weekends and on Singapore Public Holidays.
For non-bulky items delivery within Singapore, orders would be mailed through Sing Post normal mail. For bulk items within Singapore, items would be sent using designated courier services.
A delivery charge of $3 is chargeable for order value less than $50.00; unless otherwise stated. Free delivery for orders above $50.00 Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and cancellations.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.
QUALITY / REPLACEMENT POLICY
Product pictures are for illustration purposes only. The actual Products may vary. BioCair shall use its best efforts to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, should there be any discrepancy, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org by the next working day. Replacements can be arranged under the following circumstances:
- If any Product has been delivered in a damaged condition as agreed by BioCair.
- If a Product was ordered, invoiced and not included in the delivery.
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- If additional/ wrong items are delivered, BioCair reserves the rights to collect the Products from Customers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of your purchase. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, and is in the original box and/or packaging.
In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make the payment. The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item. The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The item has been damaged by customer’s fault (except for only package opened)
- The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage.
- The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to time-sensitive sales.
- The item has been customized for a specific buyer.
VARIATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BioCair reserves the right to amend/ update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice to the customer.
