Returns, Refunds & Exchange Terms
- If any Product has been delivered in a damaged condition as agreed by BioCair.
- If a Product was ordered, invoiced but not included in the delivery.
- If the wrong product is delivered.
- If additional/incorrect items are delivered, BioCair reserves the right to collect the Products from Customers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, and is in the original box and/or packaging.
In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make the payment. The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item. The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The item has been damaged by customer’s fault (except for only package opened)
- The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage.
- The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to time-sensitive sales.
- The item has been customised for a specific buyer.
